Who we are
The Aesthetic Bar Clinic, Karachi, Pakistan.
The appointment form
The appointment form asks for your contact details, your medical history and what you would like treated. When you press Book Appointment, two things happen: your answers are saved to the clinic’s own record system, and they are also put into a WhatsApp message that your phone or computer sends to the clinic so that somebody sees your request straight away.
Your record is stored in a private database that only the clinic’s own staff can open, using their own sign-in. It is not public, it is not shared with anyone else, and it is not used for advertising. If you have booked with us before using the same phone number, this booking is added to your existing file rather than creating a second one.
What you write on the form is kept as you wrote it, attached to that booking. It does not replace anything a doctor has already recorded about you in person: your clinic file is only changed by the clinic.
You do not have to use the form. You are welcome to call or message the clinic instead and discuss your medical history with a doctor rather than typing it. You can also ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, by contacting the clinic.
Measurement
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, so the clinic knows what is useful and what is not. It records things like the page you are on, roughly where in the world you are, and whether you arrived from a search or a link. It sets cookies in your browser to do this.
Nothing you type into the appointment form is sent to Google. Your name, your contact details and your medical history are not measured, not recorded and not shared. Analytics sees that the page was visited, never what was written on it.
You can opt out of Google Analytics on every website you visit by installing Google’s own browser add-on, or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser settings. The site works exactly the same either way.
Other ways you contact us
If you contact the clinic by phone, WhatsApp or email, any information you share is handled by the clinic directly and is not collected through this website.
