The appointment form
The appointment form asks for your contact details, your medical history and what you would like treated. This website has no database and no account system, and it does not store any of it. Your answers stay in your own browser while you are filling the form in, and they are gone when you close the tab.
When you press Book Appointment, your answers are put into a WhatsApp message that your own phone or computer sends to the clinic. The message goes from you to the clinic directly. It is not saved, copied or forwarded by this website, and nobody else receives it. From that point your information is held by the clinic in the same way as anything you tell us by phone or in person.
You do not have to use the form. You are welcome to call or message the clinic instead and discuss your medical history with a doctor rather than typing it.
Measurement
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, so the clinic knows what is useful and what is not. It records things like the page you are on, roughly where in the world you are, and whether you arrived from a search or a link. It sets cookies in your browser to do this.
Nothing you type into the appointment form is sent to Google. Your name, your contact details and your medical history are not measured, not recorded and not shared. Analytics sees that the page was visited, never what was written on it.
You can opt out of Google Analytics on every website you visit by installing Google’s own browser add-on, or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser settings. The site works exactly the same either way.
Other ways you contact us
If you contact the clinic by phone, WhatsApp or email, any information you share is handled by the clinic directly and is not collected through this website.
